Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period expires fourteen days after you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, it begins when the last item is received; for partial shipments, when the final shipment is received.

It is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery. We reimburse without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your statement.

We use the same means of payment as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you incur no reimbursement fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Returns and return costs

Return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us, to Handelskontor Fieberg GmbH, Dornenbusch 21, 32805 Horn-Bad Meinberg, Germany. Sending the goods before the period expires is sufficient.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please package them securely. You do not need to use postage due.

Diminished value

You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You may inspect them as you could in a shop.

Statutory exceptions

The right does not apply, in particular, to non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice or clearly personalised goods. For sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, it expires once the seal is removed after delivery. An exception applies only if its statutory requirements are met in the specific case.
