Your contracting party is Handelskontor Fieberg GmbH, Dornenbusch 21, 32805 Horn-Bad Meinberg, Germany. Customer terms apply only where we expressly accept them.
A consumer is a natural person acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession. A business customer acts in the course of a commercial or independent professional activity.
Product displays are not binding offers. You place products in the cart, enter the required checkout details and can correct input errors before submission. Clicking the button to place an order with an obligation to pay submits a binding offer.
A contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance, dispatch the goods or request payment. An automated receipt confirms only that the order arrived unless it expressly also accepts it. We retain the contract information as required by law.
Displayed final prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs are shown clearly before you submit the order. The prices displayed at checkout apply.
Bank transfer is available. Payment details and the due date are communicated after the contract is formed. External payment providers are available only if actually displayed and configured for the order at checkout. Supplementary provider terms may apply.
We do not have to provide a payment method that is not offered. Statutory rules apply to late payment.
We deliver to the territories available at checkout and to the address provided. For advance payment, stated delivery periods begin when payment is received; otherwise, they begin when the contract is formed. Reasonable partial deliveries are permitted if they do not create additional shipping costs.
If an item is unavailable despite proper procurement, we will notify you promptly and refund payments already made. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details, time limits, consequences and the model form are set out in the separate withdrawal notice.
Statutory warranty rights apply. Please report visible transport damage to the carrier where practical and tell us through the contact form; failure to do so does not affect your statutory rights.
We have unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury, product liability and an express guarantee. For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical of the contract. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Safety and preparation information does not replace professional instruction or advice.
Keep login details confidential and notify us through the contact form if you suspect misuse. We may temporarily restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of misuse; existing contractual and consumer rights remain unaffected.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of the country of habitual residence.
The contract language is German. If the German text differs from a translation, the German version controls unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If a provision is ineffective, the remaining provisions continue to apply and the relevant statutory rule replaces it.
